Directed $11.3 Million IT budget, executing over 35 projects delivering target outcomes on time and under budget. Supervised 20 person Cybersecurity team consisting of Information System Security Officers (ISSO), Information System Security Engineers (ISSE), System Administrators, full-stack developers, and IT support staff.  Established efficient workflow processes, monitored daily productivity and implemented modifications to improve overall effectiveness of the Cybersecurity team. rc-135 Intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance systems Requirements manager, US Air Force

January 2014 - November 2018

Directed the activities for the development, validation, modifications, and accreditation for the ISR systems on all 20 medium altitude RC-135 ISR aircraft employed by the United States Air Force and the Royal Air Force of Great Britain. Managed global intelligence operational mission systems modifications projects. Composed, guided, and completed 5 multi-classification Information Technology systems projects, ensuring Secret/Top Secret Risk Management Framework policies and TEMPEST protocols where strictly adhered to, totaling $4.25 Million.

Supervised training program and curriculum for 105 military/55 civilian maintenance technicians for 60 unique Intelligence gathering ground/aircraft systems totaling over 1200 items annually.
